In the context of trying to limit the spread of the virus as much as possible COVID-19, we have drawn up a complete plan for the residents and staff of our unit
action. The purpose and goal of the action plan is to adapt all areas of its operation our hotel in the needs of prevention, non-transmission and effective management of any suspect virus cases. Our staff has an instructor in compliance with health protocols and is ready to help you with any of your problems.

You are requested to read, complete, and sign the Health Declaration Form. For reasons of public health protection, we keep a Hotel log book, an updated record of staff members and all guests staying at the hotel with contact details and any other hygienic observation that is considered important, customers and employees as well as a book of events.

Attention is drawn to the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR).

Upon arrival and at any time you enter the hotel, please stop at the disinfecting station and disinfect your hands and luggage.

We would like to inform you that check-out takes place at 11.00 am and check in at 15.00 pm so that rooms can be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected and aired out through natural ventilation.

During the stay

During your stay, we recommend that you avoid staying in the public areas of the unit. If you use them, social distancing rules apply. Optionally, wear a disposable mask and gloves that are provided at the reception.

Based on the hygienic operating protocol, the frequent cleaning of rooms as well as the daily change of sheets, pillowcases and towels should be avoided and only carried out only upon the request of guests. You will find two bottles of water free of charge.

Non-hotel guests are prohibited from entering or staying.


Accommodation Completion

We highly respect the privacy of our visitors and personal data will be strictly adhered to for health and safety reasons.

We apply a steam cleaning system to disinfect bed – pillows – curtains. We use disinfectant for WC, shower cleaning. General disinfection of a room is done using odorless disinfectant with a sprayer on all surfaces of the room. We apply a mixture of disinfectant and chlorine on the floors inside and outside the room. Shared multi-purpose items such as plasticized instruction leaflets, kettles, coffee packs, tea bags etc. are disinfected. We wash and disinfect the outdoor furniture and the air conditioner filters. We ventilate the room very well during the hours between stays. Bed linen and towels are washed by Aegean Clean Dolkas Georgios. The respective hygiene certificates are available upon visitor’s request.
